AthletePortfolio is a product built and operated on the Manus platform. This Privacy Policy explains how Manus and AthletePortfolio collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use this service. By using AthletePortfolio, you agree to the practices described below.

We collect information you provide directly when creating an account, completing an intake form, or communicating with us. This includes your name, email address, academic records, athletic statistics, and any media you upload to your portfolio. Authentication is handled through Manus OAuth, which may share your Manus account name and email with this application.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services; process transactions; send notifications about recruiter requests; and communicate with you about your account. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. As a Manus-hosted application, certain platform-level analytics and operational data may be processed by Manus in accordance with the Manus Privacy Policy.
3. Information Sharing
Your portfolio information is shared according to your visibility settings (public, unlisted, or private). Official documents such as transcripts are only shared with recruiters who have paid for and been granted access to a specific request. We may share information with service providers — including Manus infrastructure services — who assist in operating our platform, subject to confidentiality obligations.
4. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information. Sensitive documents are stored with access controls and are never exposed via public URLs. All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS). File storage is provided by Manus-managed cloud infrastructure.
5. Children's Privacy
Our platform is designed for student-athletes, many of whom may be under 18. We require that accounts for minors be created and managed with parental or guardian consent. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. If you believe a minor's data has been collected without consent, please contact us immediately.
6. Cookies and Tracking
We use essential cookies to maintain your login session and non-essential analytics cookies (with your consent) to understand how the platform is used. You can manage cookie preferences via the consent banner shown on your first visit. Manus may also collect platform-level usage data as part of hosting this application.
