Why We Built This
The college recruiting process is broken for most families. The athletes who get recruited aren't always the most talented — they're the ones whose coaches had the right connections, or whose parents knew how to work the system.
We watched talented kids get passed over because their highlight reel was buried in a Google Drive folder, their GPA was never mentioned in the same breath as their 40 time, and their character — the thing coaches actually care most about — was completely invisible.
